This was a coffee I picked up with some other anaerobics from Bohdi Leaf to experiment with anaerobically processed coffee.
I really like this coffee. The importer notes flavors of Grape Jolly Rancher and Red Sangria which I find to be accurate. They also note rich fudge which can also be found in the more developed roasts.
Since I was familiar with roasting this coffee, I wanted to try out this fan-only approach on it. Here’s that profile.

Conclusion:
I’m actually very happy with this profile. I think it works very well for this coffee. I don’t have much left, but we’ll try replicating this profile on this coffee with 300g if I have enough left.
Update:
While I’m happy with the fresh results of this coffee, I’m not happy with it as it ages. I’m not sure if there’s much a I can do about it though.
